Highlights from June Global Communion Service

As we come to the end of June, we bid farewell to the ‘Month of Prayer and Unending Praise’. This was an exceptional month where we came together in prayer and unending praise and worship every single day with billions of participants all over the world.

“We’re stepping into a higher and more glorious arena of life and ministry to the Lord. We’re thankful for what the Lord is about to do with us and around the world,” Pastor Chris told us.

Recapping the year with Pastor Chris so far

Every month at the Global Communion Service, our Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome reveals the word of the month. At the beginning of the year, which was appropriately named the ‘Year of the Gathering Clouds’, Pastor Chris told us that this year we would be reaching new heights. Each month would be exponentially higher than the previous one, and he was not kidding.

“This year, the clouds of prayers, faith, and expectations would be full and begin to empty themselves upon the earth,” Pastor Chris announced to great roars of excitement across the globe.

“Our clouds are gathering around the world and from these clouds would rain righteousness and salvation on the earth,” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome told the global audience.

“This is the year of the gathering clouds, and these clouds would fulfill their purpose.”

Pastor Chris highlighted the fact that the glory of God would be the defense of God’s people all year long, irrespective of the crisis that will envelop the world, the saints will soar through as victors, labeling the word of the year as a missile in the realm of the Spirit.

The First Half of the ‘Year of the Gathering Clouds’

February was the ‘Month of Order‘, where Pastor Chris told us:

“God wants you to bring order into your life, rearrange your priorities, and put Him first.”

Expounding the message of the month, the man of God explained that God wants His children to bring order into their lives. “Rearrange your priorities and put God first,” he charged the congregation. The Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome declared March to be the ‘Month of Higher Heights‘.

“It is the Month of Higher Heights. The Lord is calling you to a higher realm of glory understanding and walk with him,” the man of God told the global audience

In this month, “You will walk in a higher level of understanding. Your spirit will be educated and enlightened this month in the things of God”, Pastor Chris told the LoveWorld Congregation.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has declared the month of April to be the ‘Month for Watching and Praying’. He explained the significance and the need to watch and pray at this time.

“This month, pay attention to God’s word like never before. Give attention to prayer by praying. Be a prayerful man or woman. Jesus said men ought always to pray and not faint. Give attention to praying. Don’t wait till night when you are too tired to pray. When we are not prayerful, we say and do things that we never thought we would do. we take the wrong steps and make blunders. Learn to pray. Give attention to praying.”

May was the ‘Month of Praise’. Pastor Chris told the global audience; “Praising God is a spiritual sacrifice. It’s an offering. It’s something that you actually give to God. Our praises have spiritual significance. They don’t come to God as songs. In heaven, these songs don’t sound like songs. They have a meaning. They come as incense to Him.”
