Prayer at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT) – Mon Dec 11th

Before I present to you today’s prayer I would like to share Pastor Chris’s response to the overwhelming birthday wishes he received. It was evident that his satisfaction was rooted in the way Believers’ Loveworld (BLW) members celebrated this occasion through giving to the needy.

Pastor Chris:

“Firstly, I thank you all for the special birthday greetings, wishes, prayers, gifts and the numerous celebrations around the world. Thank you for your love; and most of all, thank you for believing and receiving the message God sent me to bring to you. The Lord bless you more and more in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Your giving guarantees a continuous increase in your finances. Learn more on the blessedness of giving in today’s Rhapsody. You can get your December edition from the store on your Rhapsody app.

For 15min we’ll pray passionately in tongues of the spirit, and with the verses quoted below as a guide, make proclamations of faith about your life, for they’re fulfilled in us in Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit will minister to you especially as you make these declarations. God bless you.

“Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flock of thy sheep. Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store. Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee” (Deuteronomy 28:3-8).

In addition to this daily prayer I find it helpful to dedicate a confession once a day:

Thank you precious Father, for blessing me in all things, and making me a blessing to my world. I declare that I’m mightily blessed today as I give, for you’ve said in your Word, it’s more blessed to give, than to receive. Hallelujah!

Finally, today is dedicated to the Blessedness of Giving:

One of the most profound principles in the Word of God that guarantees continuous increase in finances is the principle of giving. Not too many people are as excited to give, as they’re to receive, meanwhile the promised blessing isn’t to the receiver but to the giver. Jesus said, “…It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). 2 Corinthians 9:8 gives us clear insight about the blessedness of the giver. … Though the foregoing verses are about finances, Jesus in His sermon on the Mount was more general: “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again” (Luke 6:38). He said “Give!” Whatever good thing you desire in your life, sow the seed of it into the lives of others and it’ll be multiplied in your own life. … Your giving to the Lord connects you and everything that concerns you with blessings that aren’t only for today, but for tomorrow and for all time.

God bless!

  1. First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head
prior to writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.

I do take pleasure in writing but it just
seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?

    Many thanks!

    1. Thank you for asking! I find that before I start an article I try to read a few verses from the Bible, Rhapsody of Realities, to really connect with the Lord and find strength from my beleif.
