The 6th of January 2021 saw the successful completion of the year-long, non-stop Pray-A-Thon marathon with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. After celebrating 366 days of non-stop prayers, we now transition into the 2021 ‘Year of Preparation’ Pray-A-Thon. Congratulations to all partners and participants of the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network. Let’s aim to do it bigger and better in 2021. Pray-A-Thon 2021 starts immediately and it promises to be an awesome journey of answered prayers, transformation, and preparation.
The last year-long Pray-A-Thon with Pastor Chris, which commenced at the beginning of 2020, the ‘Year of Perfection’, continued daily until January 6th, 2021. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s year-long, uninterrupted Live Global Prayer Network continued to expand, engaging more prayer partners as the unbroken prayer chain continued amidst the turbulence of an ongoing global crisis and COVID-19 pandemic. The prayer marathon, complete with spiritual inspiration and input, increased momentum every month.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ prevailed, impacting over 3 billion people all around the world, consequent on the incessant prayers of the saints. Many have testified to the experience of an upsurge in their earnest desire for prayer, fellowship with God, and absolute love for the things of God. There have been positive changes in the world, made possible by the fervent, continuous, and effectual prayers of the saints. Masses of testimonies have poured in, recounting the impact of the Word of God and the move of His Spirit. Ultimately, God’s purpose concerning the earth is coming to fruition while the plots of Satan against the church and the world are aborted.
The Inception
Since the year 2010, The Pastor Chris Live global prayer network has operated and served as the fastest growing online prayer network. The practice of prayer is the foundation of the faith, as it is the very thing that brings us closer to God and His power working and moving in our lives. As prayers and glory go up, blessings always come down.
The first-ever annual Pray-A-Thon began in June 2019 and impacted the world in such a meaningful way, it had to be repeated. God is always listening and He cares deeply for the cares of His children and the prayers coming out of LoveWorld, under the leadership of our Man of God, Pastor Chris fill the heavens from one side of the world to the next. Due to the enormous success of this first Pray-a-Thon, Pastor Chris introduced the year-long Pray-a-Thon in 2020.

As a result of the prayers of the saints, the Gospel of Jesus Christ has witnessed phenomenal outspread across the nations of the world this year, reaching billions in the shortest time ever. With social isolation and an unsure economic future, the act of praying was more important than ever and the proof of praying is in the outcome.
Positive global changes have been seen as a consequence of the ceaseless prayers rendered by saints all over the world in the year-long prayer exercise.
As the largest prayer network currently, The Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network has stretched across continents, oceans, nationalities, and denominations. It has engaged people from all races, colors, walks of life, and age groups including children, in fervent and effectual prayers.
There is much power behind the prayers of one righteous person but imagine the power behind the prayers of many! We come together and join one another, in one heart and one spirit, to pray and seek the Lord and His will in certain things.

As we embark on another Pray-A-Thon for the ‘Year of Preparation’, remember to participate with your personal time of prayer for 15mins every day of 2021, in addition to our other prayer times. From Friday 8th of January to Thursday the 14th of January, there will be a daily global hour of prayer with Pastor Chris from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm.
